Recently two college students got into a fist fight over a pair of Pine Green Foams that released earlier this year. Apparently the one who started the altercation is the original owner of the shoe. At least thats the story floating around. Watch the vid to see it all unfold. Smh.

Release Em! Air Jordan 9 Flint

It has been awhile since a Release Em!post has been made, but not to worry these post will continue. The next shoe I feel shoe be released are the Flint 9's. The flint colorway on Jordan's are always a nice touch to me. These are no different. These were last released in 2002. The all white leather upper, with a flint grey midsole, and accents of blue all around the shoe make this shoe a classic. I would like to see a Quickstrike on these. For those who will really appreciate the quality and dopeness of the shoe.

Nike Air Foamposite One - Electrolime

Foamposites are getting better and better in my mind. I mean the colorways are amazing and this one is no exception. Very loud, and very bright is what the Electrolime Foams are illustrating. Possibly the brightest colorway on any Foamposite ever. No release date for these yet, but you can bet that they'll be dropping next year with the barrage of the rest of the Foamposite family.

USA Foamposite One

This has to be Foamposite week or something, because the Nike is going nuts with these sneak peeks to the Foams. There is so much on the plate of 2012 I'm starting to think the world really will be ending. This colorway is a bit of mix between the Eggplant Foamposites and the Copper Foamposites. now from the colorway you may be asking how did they come up with USA Foamposites? The usual penny logo has been replaced with a USA logo. This is the only pic of this futuristic shoe so far. Enjoy.

Nike Air Foamposite Metallic Red (Another Look)

These are starting to grow on me so to honor them I am going to do a special post. Of course the red lettering. Truthfully I am not a fan of all red shoes, but the fact these are Foams you can't beat it. I have always been a fan of this unique design, so I defeinetly need these. I'm feeling these way more than I originally was. Word is these are now set to release on Valentine's Day next year. Sorry to my girl, but your gift may be a little shitty this year, due to the $215 I'll be spending. But TSG was able to get more pics so enjoy.

Nike Air Foamposite One Galaxy

The last post I gave you had featured the next releases for the Nike Foamposites for next year. There was one that seemed to stand out from the others (which is hard to do with a Foamposite) but this is one of the most unique Foamposites ever created to me. The colorway is everywhere and very bright. Just like the Milky Way i.e. Galaxy Foamposites. Rumors of these have been made for next year around the time of the All Star weekend, but of course nothing is in stone yet. These have been getting a lot opf mixed reactions though.
Nike Air Foamposite 2012 Preview Releases

Nike has shown a sample of the Metallic Red foams that are supposed to drop next year, but there have recently been a couple more added to the party. They have a Foamposite one the reflects the Electric Green Foams, that dropped earlier this year. The only difference is this green looks as if it blends into another. The next looks to me to be a dirty copper, the next is a bright colored Foamposite with a wild design, the next will be the Metallic Red's we all have seen, and the next look like the Pearl Pro's with a infrared sole. I like the design, but it seems like a rip off. Like a re-done Pearl. All in all, I'm happy with this preview.

Nike Air Foamposite Metallic Red 2012

Here is another Nike preview of of the Metallic Red Foamposites. This looks similar to the Red Foam Pro's some years ago. Either way I feel these would be nicer as a pro, but I'm sure they will be dope when full pictures are released. I love foams regardless so I'll be looking for these on release day. These should release sometime early next year.

Sneaker Tip #2

One of the worst things sneakerheads encounter is the dreadful creasing of shoes. It's pretty much inevitable if you plan on wearing your kikcs. There is a technique that I have learned helps remove creases (to an extent), so that way you'll be able to keep em fresh. Take a look at the steps below.
1. Get a plastic bag (Kroger, Wal-Mart, etc)
2. Stuff the bag with paper towels or tissue
3. Twist the bag handles around and ball up the bag
4. Stuff the bag inside the shoe

Cool Grey 3's vs Stealth Grey 3's

Both Air Jordan 3's, both similar in color. Which is better? To me this is an easy decision. AIR JORDAN 3 COOL GREY. The colorway is way smoother, and fits the 3 more than the Stealth colorway. The grey and red on the Stealth is a nice touch, but the shoe takes a turn for the worst with the black midsole and white laces. Disgusting. Many people hae tried to salvage the Stealth by changing the laces to a red, bblack, or grey. No matter what you;ll do to em, to me they'll always be ugly, and a poor imitation of the Cool grey 3.
Hypebeast

Hypebeast - When someone doesn't truly like something, just gets it because everyone else has it, or because it is a certain brand.
Ex. The kids who stand in line every year for a rare Air Jordan 11, wear it everyday and consider themselves fresh or dope or cool.
(Oh yeah waiting for a sneaker does not make you a hypebeast. There are genuine sneakerheads who have a passion for certain shoes.)

Air Jordan 14 Retro Light Graphite/Midnight Navy-Black-White Official Pics

This will be the first 14 to drop this year and a new colorway never seen on them. Personally I'm a little tired of this the flood of grey colorway shoes. On top of that it's almost the exact same color scheme. Grey with blue thrown in somewhere. Maybe a yellow or red. I don't know. Something different. But these will be the first Jordan to feauture the new $160 retail price tag. Not to much longer to wait if you want your hands on these. Release is set for October 10th, 2011.

Air Jordan prices go up
Personally I'm upset with this. Men sizes are already $150. $160 for me after tax. The usual Holiday 11 release is $175 before tax. Now it will be $185 before tax. And next year retail starts at $160, so it'll be $170 after tax. Next year has a lot of heat coming too. Not sure if I should leave the JB game alone after next year.
Air Jordan 10 Old Royal Official Release Date
Air Jordan White Cement 4 Official Release Date

I know you're all waiting and been drooling over these never re-retroed classics. I just hope these are released with the signature speckles. A sample pic surfaced were no speckles were featured on the shoe. Either way I pretty sure you'll cop regardless. the release date is set for Feb. 18th, 2012. Start saving now.

Release Em'! Air Jordan 10 New York

Release Em'! is something new here at Sole Possession. Every once in awhile we will post pictures of a classic that what think shpould be released, and if it should be a general release or limited. So for starters I we present the Air Jordan 10 New York. I believe this shoe is a classic ranking against Air Jordan 10's. The colorway is simple yet striking. The last time these were seen were 1995. I would appreciate these released only for quickstrike. I'd hate to see hypebeasts destroy em'. So Release Em'!
